1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the FASCAVE IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED WhatsApp Business Suite ("the service"), available at this website. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
2. The service
FASCAVE IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED provides software to send and receive messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform: live chat, message templates, bulk campaigns, chatbots, automation and reporting. An account is created for you by our team, and access is provided for the plan you have subscribed to.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you send and for having the recipient's consent to message them. You must follow WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy and Indian law. Sending spam, misleading, unlawful or abusive content is not permitted, and may lead to your WhatsApp number being restricted by Meta.
4. Fees and billing
Subscription fees are charged per plan. WhatsApp conversation charges are deducted from your prepaid balance at the rate agreed for your account. Messages that WhatsApp reports as failed are credited back automatically.
5. Suspension
We may suspend an account for non-payment, for a breach of these terms, or where required by Meta or by law.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available at all times, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for outages, policy changes or message restrictions imposed by WhatsApp or Meta. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the current month.
