How billing works
1 · Software subscription
Your plan, billed monthly or yearly. It covers the software: inbox, campaigns, chatbots, reports and support.
2 · WhatsApp message charges
Meta charges for WhatsApp messages separately from the software subscription. Marketing and utility messages are charged at the per-message rate agreed for your account and deducted from your prepaid balance, which you can top up at any time from your panel. Messages that WhatsApp reports as failed are credited back automatically.
3 · GST invoices
Every recharge and subscription payment gets a GST invoice you can download from your account.
