FASCAVE IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED operates this website and the WhatsApp Business Suite software described on it.
2. What we collect
Account information (your name, business name, email address and phone number), billing information (payments, invoices and balance), and the message data you send and receive through your WhatsApp Business account, including contact numbers, message contents and delivery status.
3. Why we hold it
To provide the service: to deliver your messages, show your conversations and reports, bill your account, and support you when you ask for help.
4. Who we share it with
With Meta (WhatsApp) and our WhatsApp Business Solution Provider, so your messages can be delivered; with our payment gateway when you pay online; and where the law requires it. We do not sell your data and we do not use your customers' contact lists for our own marketing.
5. Security and retention
Access is protected by individual logins and role-based permissions. API keys and provider credentials are stored encrypted. Message history is kept while your account is active. Files you upload for sending, such as PDF documents, are deleted automatically a few days after they are sent.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to export or delete your account data, and your customers can opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP, which we record and respect.
